GOART AIRDROP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GOART AIRDROP, YOU (“PARTICIPANT”) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”). PARTICIPATION IN THE AIRDROP IS AT YOUR SOLE DISCRETION AND RISK, AND ANY RECEIPT OF REWARDS OR TOKENS FROM THE AIRDROP IS SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the GoArt Airdrop:

• Wallet Requirement: You must connect a wallet via WalletConnect or create a GoArt Wallet within the app.
• KYC Verification: You must pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, managed by Fractal.
• Compliance: You must not be located in or a citizen of any jurisdiction that restricts participation in airdrops, nor be subject to any sanctions administered by international bodies or governments.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

2. Airdrop Mechanics

• Airdrop Section: Active airdrops will be displayed in the GoArt mobile app, showing details such as countdown timer, number of participants, reward pool, and rules for participation.
• Airdrop Participation: To join an airdrop, you must click the "Join" button and ensure you meet the eligibility criteria. GoArt may distribute its own tokens and tokens from third-party partners or other projects as part of the airdrop. Participants acknowledge that these tokens may have different terms and conditions associated with them.
• In-Game Items: Airdrop items with point values will be distributed in specific areas of the GoArt app, either in virtual or AR spaces. Collected items will appear in your inventory, and your score will be reflected on the leaderboard.
• Leaderboard and Rewards: Users compete to collect the most items to rank higher on the leaderboard. The top-ranked users will share in the prize pool, such as 100 USDT for the top 10 users.
• Reward Distribution: At the end of the airdrop, rewards will be automatically transferred to your connected wallet. Unclaimed in-game items will be deleted from your inventory after the airdrop ends.

3. Disqualification

GoArt reserves the right to disqualify any participant for:

• Using multiple accounts or wallets to manipulate results.
• Attempting to cheat, hack, or spam the airdrop system.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Violating any of these Terms, including using VPNs or other methods to bypass location restrictions.

4. Risk and Liability

• Participation Risks: Participating in the GoArt Airdrop and receiving tokens involves inherent risks, including potential tax consequences. You are responsible for seeking professional advice regarding legal, financial, or tax implications.
• No Guarantees: GoArt does not guarantee the value or liquidity of the tokens. Tokens are utility-based and may only have value within the GoArt ecosystem. They are not to be considered investments or securities.
• No Liability: GoArt is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of your participation in the airdrop or your receipt of tokens. You participate at your own risk.

5. Token Distribution

• Reward Delivery: Tokens will be delivered after the airdrop ends, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with eligibility rules.
• GoArt may distribute its own tokens as well as tokens from third-party partners or other projects as part of the airdrop. By participating in the GoArt Airdrop, participants acknowledge that they may receive tokens that are not limited to the GoArt ecosystem. These tokens are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective projects, and GoArt disclaims any responsibility for the value, liquidity, or utility of such tokens. Participants are encouraged to review the associated terms of any partner tokens they receive.
• Transaction Fees: Participants may incur transaction fees when claiming tokens, which are the participant’s responsibility.

6. Tax Obligations

• Tax Responsibility: It is the participant’s sole responsibility to understand and comply with applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction concerning airdrop rewards.

7. General Terms

• Jurisdiction Restrictions: GoArt reserves the right to limit or restrict the availability of airdrops based on geographic or legal factors.
• Changes to Terms: GoArt may amend these Terms at its discretion and will notify participants of any significant changes.
• GoArt may distribute its own tokens as well as tokens from third-party partners or other projects as part of the airdrop. Participants acknowledge that they may receive tokens that are not limited to the GoArt ecosystem and are subject to the respective projects' terms and conditions. GoArt disclaims any responsibility for the value, liquidity, or utility of such tokens.

8. Covenants

Participants in the GoArt Airdrop agree to abide by the following:

• Fair Participation: Users must engage in the Airdrop honestly and lawfully. Any participation involving fraud, deceit, or other malicious activities is strictly prohibited.
• Compliance with Laws: Participants must follow all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction when participating in the Airdrop.
• Intellectual Property: Participants shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of GoArt, its affiliates, or any third parties in relation to the Airdrop.
• Market Integrity: The Airdrop cannot be used for market manipulation tactics like pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, self-trading, etc.
• Unlawful Access: Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Airdrop platform, such as through hacking or phishing, are prohibited.
• No Interference: The use of any devices, software, or scripts designed to disrupt the normal operations of the Airdrop is forbidden.
• Impersonation and Forgery: Participants may not impersonate other users or falsify identifying information when interacting with GoArt or the Airdrop platform.

9. Risks

Participants accept the following risks related to their participation in the Airdrop:

• Operational Challenges: Participants acknowledge the risk of operational issues with smart contracts, such as cyber-attacks, high transaction volumes, or technical difficulties.
• Asset Responsibility: GoArt is not responsible for tokens or assets transferred, held, staked, or lost in connection with the Airdrop.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: Participants are solely responsible for determining whether participating in the Airdrop is lawful in their jurisdiction. GoArt is not liable for ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Third-Party Wallet Risks: Integration with third-party wallets does not imply endorsement by GoArt, and participants assume the risks of using third party wallets.

10. Force Majeure

GoArt is not liable for delays, suspension, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, regulatory changes, internet service disruptions, hacking incidents, or any other unforeseeable and uncontrollable events. In such cases, GoArt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the airdrop.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GoArt is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or participation in the Airdrop shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. Participants agree to waive any right to contest jurisdiction or venue.

12. Disclaimers

GoArt disclaims liability for the following:

• Airdrop Suspension or Cancellation: GoArt reserves the right to delay, suspend, or terminate the Airdrop at any time.
• Technical Failures: Any technical issues related to GoArt, including hacking or smart contract vulnerabilities, are outside of GoArt's control.
• Regulatory Actions: GoArt is not liable for any government restrictions, regulations, or actions that impact the Airdrop.
• Wallet Key Loss: Participants bear full responsibility for the loss of access to their wallets due to misplaced or stolen private keys.
• Information Updates: GoArt is not obligated to provide updates regarding the Airdrop's progress.
• General Risks: All risks related to participation in the Airdrop, including loss of tokens or other assets, fall on the participant.

12. Intellectual Property

Participants acknowledge that GoArt retains ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Airdrop, including trademarks, logos, and content.
