UI/UX Revolution, Landscape Mode, and a New Core Loop

Hey Guardians!

The GoArt Dev Team has been diving deep into your feedback, and two major player pain points kept popping up: "It's 2025, why is the game still vertical?" "Having to go back to the menu to craft mid-adventure totally kills the flow."

We just said, "You're right," and got to work. What we're rolling out isn't just a "landscape mode" it's a massive GoArt update where we've recoded the entire player experience! If you're ready, let's get into these patch notes.

1. The Wide World: Full Landscape Mode

Flip your phones, because GoArt is now fully horizontal! This isn't just a simple camera tilt. We redesigned the entire UI from scratch for this new aspect ratio. Now, we're rendering the portals and the world in the cinematic scope they deserve. Your Field of View (FoV) is wider, which means more exploration, better orientation, and way more epic views.

2. The Uninterrupted Flow: The Portal Cockpit (New UI Revolution)

This is where the real revolution begins. Our biggest problem in-game was "breaking the flow." Having to pause the game and return to the main menu just to check your bag... That's a game designer's nightmare. Our solution: The Portal Cockpit. Now, while you're inside a portal, you can access all critical modules without ever leaving the action.

Thanks to this new non-intrusive design, you can do all this without leaving the game world: -Check your Profile. -Manage your GoPack (Inventory) on the fly. -Access Crafting instantly. -Track active Events and quests. -Everything is right at your fingertips, on the edges of your screen. The game doesn't stop. The flow isn't broken. Just pure, uninterrupted adventure.

  1. Instant Time-Jumps and New Discoveries

We've made a few tweaks to boost the game's pacing: Instant Era Switching: We've optimized the switch between Past, Present, and Future. It's now a single button press. No latency, just an instant jump. New 'Past Time' Map: Not only are the jumps faster, but you've also got a brand new region to explore! The new Past Time map coming with this update will take you deeper into time, to all-new adventures and rare resources.

4. FUTURE PATCH NOTE (TEASER): The New "Grind" Mechanic

There was a reason for this massive UI/UX refactor: to set the stage for our next big mechanical change. In the next release, we're changing one of the game's core loops. Resource gathering is no longer a passive "collect" button. With the new Node System, you will actively use your tools (pickaxe, hatchet, etc.) on these resource nodes.

What does that mean? We're not just going to "gather" items anymore—we're going to "grind" for them. This will make your crafted tools infinitely more important and turn a passive chore into an active, well, action. The team is incredibly excited for this new build. We're continuing tests on these developments, which we believe will crank GoArt's "fun factor" to the max.
