WALLET USAGE AGREEMENT

This Wallet Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the wallet services provided by GoArt Worlds Inc. (“GoArt Worlds”, “GoArt Inc.” or “we/us”). By using the Wallet, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Definitions

In this Agreement:

"Wallet" refers to the digital wallet created in GoArt Worlds whose infrastructure is provided by 3rd party service providers services of GoArt Worlds or the Metamask crypto/token wallets linked to the Services by the User, enabling users to store, manage, and transact with Digital Assets within the GoArt Worlds.

“You” or "User" refers to any individual who creates an account or links their Wallet and utilizes the Wallet services in GoArt Worlds.

By creating or linking a Wallet in GoArt Worlds you are agreeing to be bound by all these terms of the Agreement.

Wallets and Digital Assets

GoArt Worlds allows its users to access and manage multi-chain digital blockchain-based assets (“Digital Assets”).

Your wallet, Digital Assets, and cryptocurrencies are completely in your own control. You are the one and only one responsible for manipulating your fund to perform any transfers of Digital Assets. We cannot interfere with any of your Digital Assets storage and transactions from your wallets in any case.

GoArt Worlds does not maintain any blockchain wallets. You hereby acknowledge and agree that GoArt Worlds no liability for or control over the safety, suitability, quality, delivery, legality or other aspects of any of your Digital Assets.

Description of Wallet Services

GoArt Worlds offer flexibility to Users in terms of wallet choice. Users have the option to use their wallets that they have previously created with third-party service providers which have been integrated with GoArt Worlds, or create a wallet within the Services using the infrastructure of a 3rd party wallet service provider integrated with GoArt Worlds.

The Wallet allows You to securely store and manage your Digital Assets within the GoArt Worlds. The Wallet also facilitates seamless transactions, transfers, and in-world purchases using the virtual currency supported within the GoArt Worlds.

Wallet Creation Procedure and PIN Usage

If You don’t have a Wallet, to create a wallet for storing, managing, and transacting with Digital Assets, please follow the steps below:

• Open the application and select the "Create GoArt Worlds Wallet" option.

• The system will prompt you to create a personal identification number (PIN). This PIN will be used for the security of your wallet transactions.

• Create a secure PIN. Your PIN should be unique and known only to you.

• Remember your PIN carefully and do not share it with anyone.

• Confirm your PIN to complete the wallet creation process.

Please note that your PIN will be required for all Wallet operations, including accessing your Wallet, authorizing transactions, and performing other wallet-related activities. It is essential to keep your PIN confidential and ensure its safekeeping to prevent unauthorized access to your Wallet.

Remember that the security of your Digital Assets depends on the secrecy and strength of your PIN. Regularly review and update your PIN for added security. In case you forget your PIN, the application does not have the ability to recover or reset it. Therefore, it is crucial to store your PIN securely and avoid any situations that may lead to its loss or compromise.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely liable for all activities that occur under your account.

Interaction with Protocols

You hereby acknowledge and agree that we do not execute the exchange of Digital Assets, cryptocurrencies and tokens, either directly or through Protocols. Protocols refer to decentralized financial (DeFi) systems or software platforms that enable the direct interaction and execution of transactions involving digital assets, such as swapping, liquidity provision, and lending. These Protocols operate independently, governed by their own rules and smart contracts, without the control or ownership of GoArt Worlds. Users engage with Protocols directly for their transactions, and it is their responsibility to understand and comply with the specific terms and risks associated with each Protocol. We do not define, suggest and execute any control over the price of Digital Assets accessible via Protocols. You do not interact with us when you perform swaps or interact with liquidity or lending pools, rather you interact with a Protocol directly. We do not own or control the underlying software which governs the operation of Protocols, even technically supported by the software created by us.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that we have no liability to any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any actions or transactions that you engage in while interacting with Protocols through the GoArt Worlds Marketplace.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that you interact directly with the corresponding blockchain, we do not control your interaction with such blockchain and do not process or transmit any information, data or transactions entered by you. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we have no liability to any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any actions or transactions that you make or engage in while interacting with blockchains through the GoArt Worlds. You interact directly with

Protocols and you are fully responsible for understanding and complying with their specific terms and risks.

You acknowledge that the functionality of Protocols is experimental in nature. Protocols you interact with and rely on, are third party software applications. We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding these third-party applications, including but not limited to representations and warranties of compliance, availability, or security. We make no representations or warranties that Protocols are compliant with laws of any jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for making any such determination with respect to your interaction with such Protocols.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse your interaction with any supported blockchains or the accessibility of total interaction functionality to you due to requirements of any applicable laws or regulations, and without prior notice to you.

Managing Your Keys, Passwords, and Security

When creating a Wallet within the Services for storing, managing, and transacting with Digital Assets, you are required to set a PIN. This PIN will be used for all wallet-related operations and transactions.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your PIN. GoArt Worlds does not have access to or store your PIN, and it cannot be recovered or reset if forgotten or lost. Therefore, it is crucial that you take appropriate measures to ensure the safekeeping of your password.

You acknowledge that the loss or forgetting of your password may result in permanent loss of access to your Wallet and Digital Assets. GoArt Worlds shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your failure to securely store and remember your PIN. It is your responsibility to ensure the integrity and security of your PIN.

We do not control any of your account passwords, personal identification numbers (PINs), wallet private keys, passphrases for your blockchain wallets as well as any other codes that you deploy to have access to the Services provided by GoArt Worlds. It is your responsibility to keep safe and guard any of your account passwords, personal identification numbers (PINs), wallet private keys, passphrases. You take full responsibility for keeping your own security information confidential. If you employ a third organization to store your private key(s), whether or not such appointments are made through the Services (e.g., through a key recovery service), GoArt Worlds is not responsible for the actions or omissions of such a third party.

Transactions and Fees

You can engage in transactions, transfers, or purchases using the Wallet within the GoArt Worlds. Please note that GoArt Worlds may impose applicable fees for certain services or transactions via third-party provider. It is your responsibility to review and accept the associated fees before proceeding with any transaction. We cannot and do not guarantee the fee rates applied by our provider, and it is of your responsibility to check them when you make transactions, transfers, purchases and swap.

When initiating a transaction, the applicable fees will be clearly indicated, allowing you to make an informed decision. These fees may vary based on the type and size of the transaction, as well as other relevant factors determined by GoArt Worlds or third-party provider.

By using the Wallet for transactions, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified. Failure to pay the required fees may result in the cancellation or non-completion of the transaction.

Please be aware that GoArt Worlds or third-party provider reserves the right to modify or update the fee structure at any time.

Product Updates

GoArt Worlds reserves the right to make unscheduled deployments of changes, updates, or improvements to the Services at any time. We may add or remove any functionalities or features, and we may discontinue the Services altogether. When a new version of the Application or Extension is launched, we may send you notifications in the Application and the Extension as well as a post on social media channels. Therefore, if you want to update the latest version of the Application or Extension, you should activate update functionality in your version or install the new version manually.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to enhance, modify or replace any part or component of the GoArt Worlds (GoArt Inc.) or to continue developing or releasing new versions of the GoArt Worlds (GoArt Inc.)

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Access

You understand and agree that we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure access to any parts of the GoArt Worlds and the operation of the GoArt Worlds may be disturbed by numerous factors beyond our control.

Risks Disclosure and Assumptions of Risks

THIS SECTION CONTAINS INFORMATION REGARDING SIGNIFICANT RISKS OF HOLDING, OWNING, ACQUIRING AND PURCHASING TOKENS OR ANY DIGITAL ASSETS. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

Holding, owning, acquiring and purchasing Digital Assets, interacting with Protocols, pools, smart contracts, Staking involves significant risks and potential for financial losses, including, without limitation, the following:

• the features, functions, characteristics, operation, use and other properties of any Digital Assets (“Asset Properties”) and the software, networks, ledgers, protocols, systems, and other technology (including, if applicable, any distributed ledger (blockchains)) (“Underlying Technology”) used to administer, create, issue, transfer, cancel, use or transact in Digital Assets may be complex, technical or difficult to understand or evaluate;

• any Digital Asset and its Underlying Technology may be vulnerable to attacks on the security, integrity or operation of the Digital Asset or its Underlying Technology (“Attacks”), including Attacks using computing power sufficient to overwhelm the normal operation of a decentralized distributed ledger (blockchain) or other Underlying Technology;

• any Protocol, pool or smart contract may be vulnerable to Attacks, including phishing attacks. Any Protocol, pool or smart contract may cease to operate as expected due to various reasons, including Attacks, enforcement and regulatory activities, scamming activities, technical and communication issues. We do not monitor any Protocols or pools. We do not make any representation and warranty that these Protocols or pools are safe, secure, verified or verifiable, or of any value or quality or legality;

• any Digital Asset, Asset Properties or Underlying Technology may change or otherwise cease to operate as expected due to a change made to the Underlying Technology, a change made using features or functions built into the Underlying Technology or a change resulting from an Attack. These changes may include, without limitation, a “fork” or “rollback” of the Digital Asset or blockchain;

• any Digital Asset may decrease in value or lose all of its value due to various factors including the discovery of wrongful conduct, market manipulation, changes to Asset Properties or perceived value of Asset Properties, Attacks, suspension or cessation of support for a Digital Asset by Protocols, trading platforms, marketplace platforms or service providers, and other factors outside our control;

• any Digital Asset may be lost if sent to the wrong address (for example, but without limitation, if the address is improperly formatted, contains errors, or is intended to be used for a different type of Digital Assets);

• we make no representation whatsoever that any of the Digital Assets that may be found or are accessible through the GoArt Worlds are safe, suitable, true to any representations made by the Digital Asset issuer or sponsor, verified or verifiable, or of any value or quality or legality.

The risks described in this Section may result in loss of Digital Assets, decrease in or loss of all value or exchangeability of Digital Assets, inability to access or transfer Digital Assets, inability to exchange Digital Assets, inability to receive financial benefits available to other Digital Assets holders, and other financial losses to you. You hereby assume and agree that we will have no responsibility or liability for such risks. You hereby irrevocably waive, release and discharge any and all claims, whether known or unknown to you, against GoArt Worlds, its affiliates and their respective shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (“Representatives”) related to any of the risks set forth herein.

You should not acquire or trade any Digital Assets unless you have sufficient financial resources and can afford to lose all value of the Digital Assets.

You hereby assume and agree that we will have no responsibility or liability for such risks described in this Section. You hereby irrevocably waive, release and discharge any and all claims, whether known or unknown to you, against us, our affiliates and Representatives related to any of the risks set forth herein.

We do not provide any advice, does not have any fiduciary duty to you or any other user and does not make any warranty about the suitability of any Digital Assets for ownership by you.

Disclaimer

The Wallet services are offered "as is" without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express or implied. GoArt Worlds makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Wallet for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that the use of the Wallet is at their own risk, and GoArt Worlds shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of the Wallet.

GoArt Worlds does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any third-party applications, platforms, or services that may be integrated with the Wallet. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate and use such third-party services, and any issues arising from their use shall be resolved between you and the respective third party.

In no event shall GoArt Worlds be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the Wallet, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You understand and agree that you use the Wallet at your own discretion and are solely responsible for any risks associated with your use of the Wallet.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE DO NOT OPERATE THE ETHEREUM OR POLYGON PROTOCOL OR ANY OTHER BLOCKCHAIN PROTOCOL, COMMUNICATE OR EXECUTE PROTOCOL UPGRADES, OR APPROVE OR PROCESS BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS ON BEHALF OF YOU. YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BLOCKCHAIN PROTOCOLS PRESENT THEIR OWN RISKS OF USE, THAT SUPPORTING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROTOCOL MAY RESULT IN LOSSES IF YOUR PARTICIPATION VIOLATES CERTAIN PROTOCOL RULES, THAT BLOCKCHAIN-BASED TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE, THAT YOUR PIN MUST BE KEPT SECRET AT ALL TIMES, THAT GOART METAVERSE WILL NOT STORE A BACKUP OF, NOR WILL BE ABLE TO DISCOVER OR RECOVER, YOUR PIN, THAT DIGITALLY COPYING AND STORING YOUR PIN ON A CLOUD STORAGE SYSTEM OR OTHER THIRD PARTY SUPPORTED DATA STORAGE, INCLUDING YOUR PERSONAL DEVICE, MAY INCREASE THE RISK OF LOSS OR THEFT, AND THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY APPROVALS OR PERMISSIONS YOU PROVIDE BY CRYPTOGRAPHICALLY SIGNING BLOCKCHAIN MESSAGES OR TRANSACTIONS, ESPECIALLY THOSE RESPONDING TO SOLICITATIONS AND OTHER PROMPTS FROM THIRD PARTIES.

YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT DIGITAL TOKENS PRESENT MARKET VOLATILITY RISK, TECHNICAL SOFTWARE RISKS, REGULATORY RISKS, AND CYBERSECURITY RISKS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE COST AND SPEED OF A BLOCKCHAIN-BASED SYSTEM IS VARIABLE, THAT COST MAY INCREASE DRAMATICALLY AT ANY TIME, AND THAT COST AND SPEED IS NOT WITHIN THE CAPABILITY OF GOART WORLDS TO CONTROL. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PROTOCOL UPGRADES MAY INADVERTENTLY CONTAIN BUGS OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES THAT MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY AND ULTIMATELY FUNDS.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT GOART METAVERSE DOES NOT CONTROL ANY BLOCKCHAIN PROTOCOL, NOR DOES GOART WORLDS CONTROL ANY SMART CONTRACT THAT IS NOT OTHERWISE OFFERED BY GOART WORLDS AS PART OF THE OFFERINGS AND IS NOT ITSELF A THIRD PARTY SERVICE. YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT GOART METAVERSE DOES NOT CONTROL AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRANSITION OF ANY BLOCKCHAIN PROTOCOL FROM PROOF OF WORK TO PROOF OF STAKE CONSENSUS OR THE FUNCTIONING OF ANY PROTOCOL AFTER IT UNDERGOES A TECHNICAL UPGRADE. YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT GOART WORLDS DOES NOT CONTROL AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICE. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ALONE, AND NOT GOART WORLDS, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS THAT YOU ENGAGE IN WITH REGARD TO SUPPORTING ANY BLOCKCHAIN PROTOCOL WHETHER THROUGH TRANSACTION VALIDATION OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY TRANSACTIONS THAT YOU ENGAGE IN WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY-DEVELOPED SMART CONTRACT OR TOKEN, INCLUDING TOKENS THAT WERE CREATED BY A THIRD PARTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF FRAUDULENTLY MISREPRESENTING AFFILIATION WITH ANY BLOCKCHAIN PROJECT. YOU AGREE THAT GOART WORLDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REGULATORY STATUS OR TREATMENT IN ANY JURISDICTION OF ANY DIGITAL ASSETS THAT YOU MAY ACCESS OR TRANSACT WITH USING GOART WORLDS OFFERINGS. YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL OF THE RISKS OF ACCESSING AND USING THE OFFERINGS TO INTERACT WITH BLOCKCHAIN PROTOCOLS.
